POWERFUL RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE GRANOLA

I have experimented with different Granola's and I find that this one is so easy as I can make it in minutes.  Of course I have already soaked and dehydrated all my nuts and seeds ahead of time as I do this in bulk.  I open my cupboard and I take the ingredients straight from my glass jars and mix together.  Do not be discouraged if you do not have a dehydrator as this can all be done in the oven at the lowest temperature over night or 6 hrs until crisp.  You also can omit this process altogether.  I am all about optimal nutrition.

Powerful Raw Vegan Gluten Free Granola

1 cup Almonds (spouted and dehydrated) 

1 cup Walnuts  (spouted and dehydrated)

1 cup Sunflower Seeds    (spouted and dehydrated)

1 cup Pumpkin Seeds (spouted and dehydrated) 

1 cup Flaked Coconut (spouted and dehydrated)  

1 cup dried organic cherries, cranberries, Golden berries or fruit of choice)

1/2 cup Hemp seeds

1 cup buckwheat or steel cut oats (sprouted and dehydrated) or add 1 cup flaked oats

Using your food processor with slicer blade at 2 mm, slice all the ingredients and add to a glass bowl.  If you do not have a food processor add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.  The mixture will be very chunky.
