Pesto Pasta in a Hurry

1/2 cup Pesto

1/2 Avocado

3 cups fresh Basil Leaves

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup water or more if needed

Blend. This makes a creamy sauce. You could add garlic. Using Avocado is a change from using Olive oil. The benefits of AVOCADO is worth the switch

3 cups of Spiralized Zucchini

Mix and serve with Tomatoes, sprig of Basil and Lemon
