Making Plant Based Wraps and Sandwiches without the use of Breads Watch the video

I remember when I was first trying to eat a plant based diet it was so hard to move away from breads. I have been grinding my own flours and baking bread for my Children for years. I love working with dough and even tried sour dough breads. I was finding myself constantly tired, with puffy eyes and foggy brain. When I started experimenting with not eating wheat I soon realized that this was partly to blame for my ills. Since giving up a diet rich in gluten I feel I have my life back. Of course I am eating lots of fruits and vegetables usually in their raw state which is an added benefit.

I had to find creative ways to make quick lunches for my family that did not always involve bread. I am sharing with you what I do to make delicious, gluten free Sandwiches. My favorite are the Nori Sheets which are used for Sushi making but make a delicious and nutritious snack or Lunch. There are many other leaves from vegetables that can be used as well so be creative. This is just to get your creative juices flowing. I would to know what you come up with. Happy Eating and experimenting. Also the fillings can vary on what you have on hand. I am using the “not Chicken Pate” with the recipe following this one, so keep posted.
