Cauliflower Pizza Crust, creating a perfect Vegan, Plant Based Pizza

I am always trying to perfect Plant Based Pizzas. In North America Pizza is one of the most eaten fast food. I believe that if we create healthier versions of familiar foods it will help people transition to eating more plant based food. Transitions are difficult. One great thing with Pizza is that you can add any ingredient. So be creative

Cauliflower Crust Pizza

1 Cauliflower Steamed and processed until smooth

Add 2 cup Almond flour and mix with a spoon

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

2 tsp Hemp Seeds

2 or more cups Quinoa Flour, make into a dough that is not too Sticky (Can use a blender to grind Quinoa to a flour)

Place on Parchment Paper and form into a circle.

Add Barbecue Sauce and spread.

1/2 Onion

1 cup Cherry tomatoes

8 Basil leaves

Cheese of choice.

Transfer pizza with parchment paper onto a pizza stone

Heat at 350 deg for 20 minutes.

Can use a dehydrator for 24 hours at 20 deg
