Raw, Vegan, plant-based, Gluten Free, "Super Food Matcha Power Balls" without the Nuts!!!

I am having fun experimenting without using nuts. So many Mothers have asked me if I can make recipes that are nut free for school lunches. I also think its good to mix up our ingredients so that our bodies do not get lazy and also we can absorb different nutrients that seeds have to offer. Nuts are much easier to work with. These Power Balls are easy, quick and tasts great.

Super Food Matcha Power Balls

Fueling you for the long haul

2 Cups Sunflower Seeds *

2 cups dried coconut

1/4 cup Chia Seeds

1/2 cup coconut Oil, melted

1/2 tsp Lemon extract or Young Living Essential oils

2 Tsp Matcha Powder

2 cups Medjool Dates*, More if needed

1 tsp Himalayan Salt

Place all the ingredients in a food processor except the dates. Process until the mixture begins to bind. Add Dates one at a time until mixture can form a ball. I use a small scoop and make balls. Roll in Coconut. Place in the refigerator. For a more cooked feel place in a dehydrator for 24 hrs at 180 deg F.

*You can pre sprout the seeds by soaking for 4 hours or overnight and draining off the water. Place in a dehydrator for 12 hrs.

*Dates can be replaced with Apricots or Figs
