My Favorite Protein Post Workout Breakfast Stir Fry, leaves you feeling satisfied for a long time. Almost All Raw

Often I come home from my workout and I am needing a substantial meal.  This takes minutes to make and is so satisfying.  I used to crave eggs and toast but this is what my body craves now.  Its amazing how we can switch our cravings by eating more plants and especially raw foods. Our bodies love to be fed real living Foods

Breakfast Stir Fry

3 Kale Leaves

1 Zucchini

1 block sprouted firm Tofu (health food Stores) Cut in blocks or crumble

1/2 onion

1/2 pepper

1 tomato

1 tsp Miso(fermented Organic Soy)

1/8 tsp Chipotle Powdered Pepper or Chili Spice

1/8 tps Himalayan or Celtic Salt and Pepper

First Pressed Olive Oil

1/4 cup Hemp

Pickled Onion*

Smoked Paprika for garnish

Heat 1/2 cup water in frying pan add Kale, Zucchini, Tofu, Onions, garlic Miso and Chipotle spice and salt and Pepper.  Heat for 5 mins while stirring occasionally.   I like my vegetables to still be almost Raw but Kale slightly wilted for easy digestion. Place in a bowl and drizzle with the Olive Oil, Hemp and Garnish with Pickled Onions and smoked Paprika

*Recipe to follow. You can even add kimchi which is also delicious
