SUPERFOOD CACAO CHIA PUDDING. Replacing the SMOOTHIE. Fuel your day with an extra nutrient dense breakfast, High in Protein and Good Fats

This is a great plant based breakfast. Not only are you getting your protein intake but healthy fats to fuel you and High fiber to help with gut health. Fiber acts as a prebiotic setting up a healthy biome for your gut and allows the healthy probiotics to do their work.

Caution.: If you are new to plant based eating go easy on the Chia pudding as it is high in fiber and you will find yourself running to the washroom.

SUPERFOOD CACAO CHIA PUDDING

2 Bananas or fruit of choice (blended)

1/4 cup chia Seeds

1/4 cup coconut

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 cup Hemp seeds

1/4 cup cacao powder

2 cups of Liquid, water or oat milk or milk of choice

Mash bananas and add all the ingredients using a fork. Add the liquid. Place in fridge for 4 or more hours to allow the chia seeds to expand. Taste and add sweetener of choice eg, date paste, maple syrup, agave.
